I’ll be writing all about ECDI loan client & full-service floral and catering company, Bleu and Fig for our March newsletter. They’re two really creative, committed celebration professionals but really, words are not enough. Here’s what I was served when I went out to interview them yesterday:
I let Brooke know ahead of time that I was vegetarian, and she whipped up this romaine and endive salad with macadamia nuts, cauliflower, and honey-balsamic dressing. Flatbread with fig and olive tapenade on the side. I died.
